Losing someone is very painful experience. Whether the loss was sudden or expected, recent or a while ago, after a significant loss, you may experience all kinds of difficult painful and surprising emotions, such as shock, anger, and blame guilt to name but a few.
Sometimes it may feel like the sadness will never let up. While these feelings can be frightening and overwhelming, they are normal reactions to loss. Allowing yourself to feel and talk about theses emotions is necessary for healing.
Unfortunately at times like this and for a variety of reasons talking to family or friends, may be difficult. Counselling is available for you at such times to help you to cope and come to terms with your loss and the hurt that you may be currently feeling.
The counselling service I provide is here for you so that you don’t have to bear these painful emotions alone.
