The objective of Counselling therapy is to leave you feeling better about your life your relationships and the future.
I provide a comfortable counselling environment that allows you an emotionally safe and secure space to explore and deal with the issues you wish to address. As your Counsellor I will help you to identify the choices that are open to you and support you in making any changes that you wish.
On your first visit which lasts just under an hour, we will explore in confidence any issues that you want to talk about as well as which approach to counselling therapy might best suit you. All questions you may have about counselling will be answered fully and we will discuss best attendance times for your sessions, how often you would like to attend, fees and payment arrangements.
